Community Fee Residents pay a one-time community fee of one month's rent to cover the costs of a resident's move into the community, refurbishing the studio and maintaining the common areas. These common area comprise 50% of the Harbor House. Should the resident leave the facility within the first 30 days, a pro-rated portion of the Community Fee will be refunded.
